Today we are flashing back to Nick and Natasha’s April wedding at Westland Distillery. From a cheese “cake” to the whiskey based specialty cocktails “Old Pal” and “Best Gal” which featured Westland Distillery whiskey, these two had so many unique touches that worked perfectly with the Westland vibe!
After the cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres of scallop and white fish ceviche and a Spanish mezze, everyone sat down to a family style dinner featuring our famous braised Oregon Country short ribs and a traditional paella with saffron infused calasparra rice, shellfish, chicken & spicy chorizo (YUM).
An adorable 2 tired cheese wheel served as the cake for Nick & Natasha’s “cake cutting” to be served alongside a selection of artisan cheeses, which was such a fun way to have a savory dessert!
